9  Use Acrobat notes to provide additional information

Acrobat notes can be used to provide informal explanations, call attention to an area of the document, or include special printing instructions. With TimeSavers, you can define notes through ~Note hypertext markers embedded in the source FrameMaker files, with complete control of the note's properties: icon, title, color, location, initial open/closed state. When defining longer notes or for future maintenance purposes, text for the note can be stored in an external text file.
